ab6305 staining Dynein heavy chain in rat hippocampal neurons by Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence. The cells were fixed in methanol, permeabilised in 0.1% Triton and then blocked using 1% BSA for 1 hour at 25°C. Samples were then incubated with primary antibody at 1/500 for 16 hours at 4°C. The secondary antibody used was a donkey anti-mouse IgG conjugated to Alexa Fluor® 488 used at a 1/1000 dilution.Left image stained with tubulin.Right image stained with ab6305.
