ab74873 staining EFEMP2 in murine spinal ligamentum flavum by Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections). Tissue was fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 300 U/mL hyaluronidase and 0.025% Triton X-100 and blocked with blocking solution. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/25 in PBS + 1% BSA) overnight, before visualization with DAB.
