Immunofluorescence analysis of MCF-7 cells labeling eIF4A1 (green) with ab180506 at 1/250 dilution. Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde. An Alexa Fluor®488-conjugated goat anti rabbit IgG was used as the secondary antibody. Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI (blue).

Flow cytometry analysis of eIF4A1 expression in K562 cells using ab180506 at 1/50 dilution (red) and a rabbit IgG as negative control (green). A FITC-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG was used as the secondary antibody at 1/75 dilution.
