Immunofluorescence analysis of Human macrophages transfected with hY3, staining Endothelin 1 with ab20940. Cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde and blocked with 3% normal goat serum. Samples were incubated with primary antibody at room temperature and an AlexaFluor®568-conjugated anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody.
