ab82419 staining CD95 in Mouse RAW 264.7 cells by ICC/IF (Immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence). Cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde and blocked with 10% serum for 20 minutes at 24°C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/50 in PBS) for 16 hours at 4°C. An Alexa Fluor®488-conjugated Donkey anti-rabbit IgG polyclonal (1/1000) ab150073) was used as the secondary antibody.See Abreview
ab82419 staining CD95 in rat spleen tissue by Immunohistochemistry (Frozen sections).Tissue was fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde, blocked with 10% donkey serum (ab7475) for 20 minutes at 24°C, then incubated with ab82419 at a 1/50 dilution for 16 hours at 4°C. The secondary used was an Alexa-Fluor 488 conjugated donkey anti-rabbit polyclonal (ab150073), used at a 1/1000 dilution. Counterstained with Hoechst 33258 (blue).See Abreview
