ab14432 staining FKBP135 in HeLa cells by ICC/IF (Immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence). Cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100 and blocked with 3% BSA for 15 minutes at 20°C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/200 in PBS) for 1 hour at 20°C. An Alexa Fluor®597-conjugated Donkey anti-rabbit IgG polyclonal (1/1000) was used as the secondary antibody. Cells labelled for FKBP15 displayed punctate staining, which was absent in cells treated with siRNA against FKBP15.See Abreview

ab14432 at 1/1000 staining mouse liver tissue sections by IHC-P. The tissue sections were paraformaldehyde fixed and blocked prior to incubation with the ab14432 for 24 hours.
