Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin embedded Human cervix carcinoma tissue labeling FOXC2 with ab175481 at 1/50 dilution, followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining.
Flow cytometrical analysis of A2058 cells labeling FOXC2 with ab175481 antibody at 1/10 dilution (right histogram), compared to a negative control cell (left histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
