Immunohistochemical analysis of Human prostate carcinoma tissue, staining GABPA with ab55052.Tissue was fixed with formaldehyde and blocked with 1% serum for 1 hour at 21°C; antigen retrieval was by heat mediation in a Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9). Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/100 in PBS) for 1 hour at 21°C. A biotinylated-conjugated donkey anti-mouse polyclonal IgG (1/200) was used as the secondary antibody. See Abreview
