ab27074 staining gamma tubulin in human colon and thyroid tissue sections by Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections). Tissue underwent fixation in formaldehyde, heat mediated antigen retrieval in EDTA pH 9.0 without undergoing blocking step. The primary antibody was diluted 1/1000 and incubated with sample for 1 hour at room temperature. A HRP-conjugated goat polyclonal to mouse antibody was used undiluted, as secondary.See Abreview

ab27074 staining gamma tubulin in the Human HEK293T cells by ICC/IF (Immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence). Cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with methanol (-20ºC 20 min) and blocked with 1% BSA for 1 hour at room temperature. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/500 or 1/1000 in blocking solution) for 45 minutes.
