Immunohistochemical analysis of Human gastric cancer tissue, staining Gastric Mucin (green) with ab49462.Sections were fixed with paraformaldehyde. Antigen retrieval was performed before blocking with 1% BSA and 0.3% Triton X-100. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/100) and an Alexa Fluor®488-conjugated secondary antibody was used for visualization.
