ab18627 staining human Bone Marrow cells by ICC/IF. Cells were PFA fixed and permeabilized in 1% Triton X-100 prior to blocking in 0.5% BSA for 1 hour at 25°C. The primary antibody was diluted 1/500 and incubated with the sample for 2 hours at 25°C. A FITC conjugated goat anti-mouse antibody, diluted 1/100, was used as the secondary. The image on the left shows the 40X view of Bone Marrow cells stained for GCSFR showing the FITC stain predominantly on cell membranes.
