ab82267 staining Gelsolin in Human platelets by Flow Cytometry. Platelets were isolated form Platelet rich plasma and suspended in PBS, fixed with paraformaldehyde and permeabilized with 0.1% Triton-X100 in 2% BSA for 30 minutes. The sample was incubated with the primary antibody (1/200 in PBS + 2% BSA) for 18 hours at 4°C.
