Anti-Glutathione S Transferase theta 1 antibody (ab96592) at 1/1000 dilution + HepG2 whole cell lysate at 30 µg
ICC/IF image of Anti-Glutathione S Transferase theta 1 antibody (ab96592) stained human ES derived hepatocytes. The cells were fixed in methanol and then blocked with 10% BSA in PBS/0.1% Tween for 1 hour at 20oC. The cells were then incubated with ab96592 at a 1/500 dilution for 16 hours at 4oC. The secondary antibody was a Goat anti-Rabbit Alexa Fluor 568 used at a 1/400 dilution.See Abreview
