ab128046 at 1/100 staining GMDS in 4% paraformaldehyde fixed, 0.1% Triton X-100 permeabilized HeLa cells by Immunocytochemistry.
2 µg of ab128046 was added to aliquots of cleared HeLa cell lysates from transfected Human cell lines and incubated for 2 hr at 4°C. Protein-G Dynabeads were then added, and lysates were incubated for additional 2 hr at 4°C to capture the IgG-protein complex. Anti-V5 antibody was used in parallel as a positive control.
