ab76258 detecting GPCR GPR18 in Human synovial fibroblasts by Flow Cytometry. Cells were detached with accutase (PAA), fixed with formaldehyde and permeabilized with methanol (15 minutes, -20°C). Cells were gated on fibroblasts and incubated with the primary antibody diluted 1/400 (PBS, 1% BSA) and incubated with the sample for 30 minutes at 21°C. The secondary was a biotin-conjugated Goat anti-Rabbit polyclonal antibody diluted 1/168. Detected with streptavidin/PE 0.003µg/ml (1% BSA in PBS, 30 minutes). The red histogram indicates the isotype control, black histogram is the specific stain for GPCR GPR18.See Abreview
