ab74732 staining GPCR TAS1R3 in mouse stomach oxyntic and antral gland tissue by Immunohistochemistry (Frozen sections). The sections were fixed in paraformaldehyde and permeabilized with 0.3% Triton X-100 prior to blocking with 10% serum for 30 minutes at 25°C. The primary antibody was diluted 1/50 in 0.3% Triton X-100 in PBS and incubated with the sample for 12 hours at 4°C. An Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit polyclonal was used as the secondary antibody, diluted 1/400.See Abreview
