ab47709 at 1/1000 dilution staining GST3 / GST pi in human HepG2 (left) and L-02 right) cells by Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence. An Alexa Fluor® 488 conjugated Goat polyclonal to mouse IgG was used as secondary antibody. Green staining indicates staining with primary antibody whilst actin filaments were labelled red with DY-554 phalloidin. Nuclei were stained blue with DRAQ5 fluorescent DNA dye.
