ab134685 staining HES2 in Mouse adrenal gland tissue sections by Immunohistochemistry (IHC-P - paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections). Tissue was fixed with formaldehyde and blocked with 2% BSA for 1 hour at room temperature; antigen retrieval was by heat mediation in Tris-EDTA, pH 9.0. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/100 in blocking buffer) for 16 hours at 4°C. A HRP-conjugated Goat anti-rabbit IgG polyclonal (1/100) was used as the secondary antibody.See Abreview
