Western blot against tagged recombinant protein immunogen using ab55725 hHR23A antibody at 1ug/ml.
Immunohistochemical analysis of Human breast cancer tissue, staining hHR23A with ab55725.Antigen retrieval was performed via pressure cooking slides in citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Tissue was blocked with normal goat seru for 1 hour at room temperature. Slides were incubated with primary antibodies overnight at 4°C. Secondary biotinylated antibodies were applied for 1 hour at room temperature and staining was detected using DAB.
