Immunofluorescence analysis of MCF10A cells transfected with murine Hoxa1 expression vectors, staining HOXA1 (red) with ab64941. Cells were fixed with 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100 before being incubated with primary antibody (1/50) overnight at 4°C. An AlexaFluor®555-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG (1/750) was used as the secondary antibody. Nuclei were stained with DAPI (blue).
