Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded Human prostatic hyperplasia tissue labeling HOXB13 using ab192872 at 1/750 dilution (2 μg/ml). A prediluted HRP Polymer for Rabbit IgG was used as the secondary antibody. Counterstain: Hematoxylin. Negative control also shown.

Immunofluorescence analysis of PC3 cells labeling HOXB13 using ab192872 at 1/700 dilution (5 μg/ml). A Goat anti rabbit IgG (Alexa Fluor®488) at 1/400 dilution (ab150077) was used as the secondary antibody. Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and permealized with 0.1% triton X-100. Counterstain: DAPI.
