Immunohistochemical analysis of Human metastatic lymph node melanoma tissue, staining HOXC13 with ab55251. Antigen retrieval was performed by microwave pretreatment in citrate buffer for 10 min. Tissue was blocked with 5% BSA and incubated with primary antibody (1/1200) overnight. A biotinylated goat anit-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody.
