ab48515 staining Hsp70 in human eccrine gland section, by Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA fixed paraffin-embedded sections). Tissue underwent antigen retrieval in 0.1M sodium citrate buffer. The primary antibody was used at 1/100 dilution and incubated with sample for 2 hours at 24°C. The DAB detection system was used with DAB chromogen.
