ab11396 at 1/100 staining human BeWo cells (placenta, choriocarcinoma) by ICC/IF. The cells were paraformaldehyde fixed and blocked with BSA prior to incubation with the antibody for 30 minutes. A FITC conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG antibody was used as the secondary antibody. The image is shown in the upper right hand panel.
