Immunofluorescence analysis of Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells, staining IL3RA with ab21562. Cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100 in PBS and blocked with 1% BSA for 1 hour at 25°C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/100 in 1% BSA in PBS) for 24 hours at 4°C. An AlexaFluor®488-conjugated goat anti-mouse polyclonal IgG (1/250) was used as the secondary antibody.
