Immunohistochemistry:Formalin Fixed Paraffin Embedded (FFPE) rat teeth (Fig. 1) and mouse teeth (Fig. 2) tissues were prepared using heat-induced epitope retrieval (HIER). Immunostaining was performed using a 1:1,000 (Fig. 1) and 1:250 (Fig. 2) dilution of Cat. No. AM39097PU-N, Anti-Dentin sialoprotein, clone 2C12.3. Reactivity was detected using an Anti-Mouse secondary antibody and HRP-DAB. Positive secretory/cytoplasmic staining was observed in odontoblasts, dentinal tubules, and tooth pulp of both rat and mouse teeth sections.
