ab39641 staining LIM Kinase 1 in the growth cones of Human DRG neurons by Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence.Cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde for 15 minutes at room temperature and permeabilized (0.1% Triton X-100 and 1× phosphate-buffered saline). After blocking, cells were incubated for double staining with primary antibodies, followed by incubation with the appropriate Cy3-secondary antibody for 30 minutes and with 4',6-diamidino-2-phenylindole. F-actin staining with Alexa 488-phalloidin.Scale bar = 10µm.
