ab36362 staining Lysozyme (green) in Human lacrimal gland cells by Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence. Cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde and permeabilized with 50% methanol for 20 minutes. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/100 in diluent) for 2 hours at room temperature. An FITC-conjugated anti-mouse IgG (1/200) was used as the secondary antibody. Nuclei were stained with propidium iodide (red).
ab36362 staining Lysozyme in Human lacrimal gland tissue by Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections). Tissue was fixed with formalin and blocked with 2.5% BSA; antigen retrieval was by Tris-EDTA buffer. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/100 in diluent) for 2 hours at room temperature. A polymer HRP secondary was used and stained with DAB. Counterstaining was by hematoxylin.
