ab35967 staining MDC1 (phospho T4) in HeLa cells (untreated or treated with 10 Gy IR) by ICC/IF (Immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence). Cells were fixed with formaldehyde, permeabilized with Triton X-100 and blocked with 5% BSA for 1 hour. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/200 in 5% BSA) for 1 hour. This antibody gave a positive result in ELISA against the immunizing peptide (blue line, ab36513). It gave a negative result in ELISA against the non-modified equivalent peptide (yellow line, ab36514). This indicates that it is specific for the modified peptide.
