ab50003 staining MDC1 in human U2OS cells by Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence.Cells were fixed in formaldehyde, permeabilized using NP40, blocked with 3% BSA for 3 hours at 25°C and then incubated with ab50003 at a 1/200 dilution for 1 hour at 25°C. The secondary used was an Alexa-Fluor 488 conjugated sheep anti-mouse IgG polyclonal used at a 1/500 dilution.MDC1 appears as green foci, the nucleus has been stained with DAPI (blue).See Abreview
