ab50005 staining MeCP2 in mouse E15.5 embryo/eye analge by ICC/IF (Immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence). Cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with modified citrate buffer pH6.1 and blocked for 30 minutes at 22°C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/100) for 12 hours at 4°C.
