ab58973 staining MIA2 in human pancreatic infiltrating ductal adenocarcinoma tissue by Immunohistochemistry (Formalin-PFA fixed paraffin-embedded sections). The primary antibody was used at 5 ug/ml and incubated with sample at 4°C overnight. A HRP-labeled polymer detection system was used with an alcohol-soluble AEC chromogen. Optimal results were acheived without antigen retrieval step.
