ab32096 staining Nicotinic Acetylcholine Receptor alpha 7 in Rat hippocampus tissue by Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin embedded sections). Sections were PFA-fixed, and subjected to antigen retrieval by autoclave prior to blocking with 8% milk for 30 minutes at 37°C. The primary antibody was diluted 1/50 with DAKO antibody diluent and incubated with the sample for 18 hours at 4°C. An HRP-conjugated Goat anti-Rat polyclonal antibody was used undiluted as the secondary antibody.See Abreview
