ab93169, at a 1/50 dilution, staining NKG2A in formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human kidney carcinoma which was peroxidase-conjugated to a FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining.
ab93169, at a 1/10 dilution, staining NKG2A in Jurkat cells by flow cytometric analysis (bottom histogram) compared to a negative control cell (top histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibody was used for the analysis.
