ab80817 staining PIP3E in human LNCaP Androgen Dependent Prostate cells treated with EGF for 24 hours by ICC/IF (Immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence). Cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with Triton X-100 and blocked with 5% BSA for 1 hour at 20°C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/50 in PBS + 1% BSA) for 24 hours at 4°C. An Alexa Fluor®488-conjugated Goat anti-rabbit polyclonal (1/250) was used as the secondary antibody.
