ab94977 staining POU3F2 Figure A: Human immortalized Schwann cells transfected with mouse Brn2, fixed and stained 2 days post transfection under conditions specified in above review. Figure B: Non-transfected control under the same staining conditions by ICC/IF (Immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence). Cells were fixed with Paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with Triton X-100 0.3% in PBS for 10 mins at 21°C and blocked with 5% normal Goat serum for 1 hour at 25°C.
