ab23673 staining PPAR delta in Rat brain tissue (ab29475) sections by Immunohistochemistry (PFA perfusion fixed frozen sections). Tissue samples were fixed by perfusion with acetone, permeablized with methanol and blocked with 5% BSA for 1 hour at 37°C. The sample was incubated with primary antibody (1/100 in PBS) at 4°C for 18 hours. An Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated Goat anti-rabbit (ab150077) polyclonal (1/200) was used as the secondary antibody.See Abreview

ab23673 staining mouse brain tissue sections by IHC-Fr.  Sections were PFA fixed and permeabilized in Triton X-100 prior to blocking in 10% serum for 1 hour at 25°C.  The primary antibody was diluted 1/200 and incubated with the sample for 48 hours at 4°C.  A FITC conjugated goat anti-rabbit antibody was used as the secondary.See Abreview
