Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded Human cervix carcinoma tissue labeling PPP2R5E with ab198500 at 1/500 dilution followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) (ab97051) at 1/500 dilution. Cytoplasm staining on Human cervix carcinoma tissue isobserved. Counter-stained with Hematoxylin. Negative control: Using PBS instead of primary antibody.

Cytoplasm staining on HeLa cell line is observed. The nuclear counter stain is DAPI (blue). PPP2R5E was immunoprecipitated from 1mg of HeLa (Human cervix adenocarcinoma) whole cell extract with ab198500 at 1/175 dilution. Western blot was performed from the immunoprecipitate using ab198500 at 1/1000 dilution. Anti-Rabbit IgG (HRP), specific to the non-reduced form of IgG, was used as secondary antibody at 1/1500 dilution.Lane 1: HeLa whole cell extract 10µg (Input).Lane 2: HeLa whole cell extractLane 3: Rabbit monoclonal IgG (ab172730) instead of ab198500 in HeLa whole cell extract.Blocking and dilution buffer and concentration: 5% NFDM/TBST.
