Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded, Human spleen tissue labeling Proteasome 20S LMP2 with ab190350 at a 1/100 dilution. Counter stained with hematoxylin. Negative control also shown.

Immunofluorescence analysis of, paraformaldehyde-fixed, Jurkat cells labeling Proteasome 20S LMP2 with ab190350 at a 1/50 dilution. As secondary antibody goat anti-rabbit IgG (Alexa Fluor®555) was used at a 1/200. In blue DAPI staining. Negative controls also shown.

Flow cytometry analysis of 2% paraformaldehyde-fixed Raji cells labeling Proteasome 20S LMP2 with ab190350 at a 1/110dilution (pink) or a rabbit IgG isotype control (green), followed by secondary Goat anti rabbit IgG (FITC) at 1/150 dilution.
