Immunohistochemical analysis of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded Human prostate carcinoma tissue, labeling PTP4A2 using ab175610 at a 1/50 dilution, followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining.
Flow cytometry analysis of WiDr cells, labeling PTP4A2 using ab175610 at a 1/10 dilution (bottom histogram), compared to negative control cells (top histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
Immunofluorescence analysis of paraffin-embedded Human prostate carcinoma tissue, labeling PTP4A2 using ab175610 at 0.05 mg/ml, followed by FITC-conjugated goat anti-rabbit lgG (whole molecule). FITC emits green fluorescence. Red counterstaining is PI.
