Immunofluorescence analysis of HeLa cells, staining Rad51 with ab63802. Cells were fixed with formaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.5% Triton X-100 in 1X PBS and blocked with 5% BSA for 15 mins at 20°C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/500 in 5% BSA in PBS) for 16 hours at 4°C. An AlexaFluor®488-conjugated goat anti-chicken polyclonal IgG was used as the secondary antibody.
