Immunoprecipitation of RALBP1 was performed on 293T cells. The antigen:antibody complex was formed by incubating 750 µg whole cell lysate with 2 µg of ab175357 (lane 2). Lane 1 shows lysate only control. For WB detectiion, ab175357 was used at 1/1000 dilution.
