Immunofluorescent analysis of HACAT cells (4% Paraformaldehyde-fixed, 0.1% tritonX-100 permeabilized) labeling Retinoic Acid Receptor gamma with ab192608 at 1/100 dilution (4.6 μg/ml) followed by Goat anti rabbit IgG (Alexa Fluor® 488) (ab150077) at 1/400 dilution. Counterstained wtih DAPI.
