Immunofluorescence analysis of COS-7 cells expressing rat RhoF-GFP, staining alpha smooth muscle Actin with ab81024. Cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.2% Saponin and blocked with 10% serum for 10 minutes at 20°C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/200) for 30 minutes at 20°C.
