Tissue underwent paraformaldehyde fixation before heat mediated antigen retrieval in Citrate pH 6 and then blocked in 10% serum for 1 hour at 19°C. The primary antibody was diluted in 1/100 and it was incubated in 2% blocking sera with sample for 16 hours at 4°C.
