ab2604, staining SLAM / CD150 in Raji cells by Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence. Cells were fixed in paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100 before being incubated with primary antibody. A fluorescence-conjugated anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody.
