Immunofluorescence analysis of IMR32 cells, staining Smac / Diablo with ab32023. Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde before incubating with primary antibody. An AlexaFluor®-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG was used as the secondary antibody.
