ab53219 staining smooth muscle Myosin heavy chain 11 in Pig aortic smooth muscle cells by ICC/IF (Immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence). Cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde and permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/50) for 1 hour at 25°C.
