ICC/IF image of ab87775 stained human embryonic stem cell derived neural progenitor cells. The cells were fixed in 4% Paraformaldehyde for 15 minutes at RT, before incubation in 0.3% Triton x-100 to permeabilize the cells and blocking with 10% serum to minimize non-specific protein-protein interactions. The cells were then incubated with Sox1 antibody (ab87775, 1/500 dilution) for one hour at 20°C in 0.3%Triton x100, 10%Goat serum, 2.5% BSA.
