ab26041 at a concentration of 4-8 µg/ml staining human SOX5 by Immunohistochemistry in paraffin embedded lung tissue. Cells with positive label (as indicated by the arrows) are alveclar cells. Magnification 400X.
ab26041 at 1/500 dilution staining SOX5 in chicken embryo head section by immunohistochemistry (Frozen sections). Sections were incubated overnight in 30% sucrose in PBS at 4°C, embedded in OCT freezing medium, frozen and sectioned in a cryostat. After fixation sections were rehydrated in PBS for 15 min and then blocked in PBS containing 1% fetal calf serum, 0.1% Triton-X and 0.02% Thimerosal. Primary antibody was used overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was used at 1/200 dilution for 2 hours.
